Incoming…

Some great thoughts/remembrance… if we can just relax our mind enough to process them.  Can we say headache if we can’t.  And if we can just relax our heart and body enough to rest/sleep and do what it needs to do as this latest upgrade/awakening/alignment unfolds.  It does feel as if it’s been in process for about a week+ now.  And it does feel like a biggie… yet, most of them have been.

Last night as I went to bed I felt as if I needed to make a choice.  Focus on this now and rather significant upgrade or… life.  For over a year I’ve been slowly reintegrating back into 3D yet very different.  There is a stage where one may be removed and spends much time in a cave, head in the clouds, and doing some amazing personal and galactic work.  When one takes the words of bringing heaven/a higher plane to earth, they are being literal.  It starts as a remembrance, then making a bridge… and frequent trips forward and back… and then the bridge fades and you are… here and now.

So the energy at times can feel significant and winding down can become an issue.  One may experience insomnia, etc.  Nothing is wrong and we can try many ways.  Meditation, a walk/stretching, journaling, humming/om chanting/singing a lullaby, lavender bath, sleepy time tea in the evening/changes in diet, etc. may help.

I awoke this morning though knowing it wasn’t a choice… it was to be, both.  This is a time to trust/relax and not react.  This is about flowing and moving with ease, knowing and grace.  And we’re no longer in a cave, a monastery and very much needed in our reality.  So these latest upgrades + LIFE = WOW!!  And I am smiling and hope you are, too.  One may soon know/see some rather significant new options/solutions/ opportunities… changes.  And oh so divine!  Much love… and more later.  ❤

 

Oh… P.S.  Right now doesn’t have much to do with being psychic/a prediction.  Yes a gift and honor all your knowing yet many are just so present now as the unlimited in unfolding.
